                          THE  NSA  SCANDAL

  Snowden former CIA employee, a program of the United States, called Prism, phone and internet records of millions of people across the globe that follow the leak to the press as soon as possible all around the world starting with the scandalous sensation. Snowden NSA documents leaked to the press of 38 countries, including Turkey, where the embassies and foreign missions in Washington listens revealed.

• What data is being monitored?

  Important phone calls from individuals, private social networks, photos, videos, yazışlamaları, e-mails .. etc. In short, all the details of personal records of people Prism program.

• Which companies are involved in this scheme?

  Prism software companies that provide briefing turned out to be well-known companies around the world. These companies are often serious uses in everyday life, almost all people who have a real say in computer and internet companies. These companies are: Microsoft, Apple, Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Skype, Paltalk and YouTube.

• How long has it been going on?

According to The NSA, this project has started from the first version Microsoft Windows 95 in 1995.

• How effective is it?

  The US government said that the monitoring scheme it works against terrorist threat. However, this explanation was not very convincing.

• Is it illegal?

  I think it is nothing more than an illegal practice. Whatever the reason, no one or no institution has the right to exploit unauthorized people's private lives.

• How does this affect you and other citizens of your home country?

  Of course, I was troubled by all the world, as well as nervous. Country became irritated. Currently watching or listening to all of us can. A lot of people are hiding their private information, they may not know if their parents. Even the fear of it is enough to upset people. For example, I started using social networking accounts more carefully.
